To use Verac's plateskirt armour, a player must have 70 Defence to equipt for battle. Being part of Verac's barrows set, if Verac's plateskirt is worn along with all of the other pieces of equipment in Verac's barrows set the player receives a Set Effect. A successful attack will got hrough the players defense and magic prayer, potentially causing heavy damage. This piece of armour can't be made using the Smithing skill.
